My product design role started with proposing a winning project in a two-day industry hackathon events in 2018. The project emphasizes using intelligent agents to enhance the future messaging communication experience.
In partnership with Orange London, we developed Rich Communication Service (RCS) using facebook messaging platform as a chatbot for half year, and our project was presented in the 4th annual Mobile UX London Conference 2018 by Orange user experience manager. I found my passion in automotive industry after finishing my master degree project and deep into HMI design in BMW Group China R&D center.
With 5+ years experience, I have delivered products that have shipped into high-volume markets, 3+ years of experience in leading design projects. The project varies from app scale to platform enabler, from China market specific to global market release, crossing five different generation operation system, two BMW Group car brands.
I have always been passionate about innovation. During my time at BMW, I led over four innovation projects, with two successfully transitioning into mass production plan and another two entering the patent application process.
